Baking

Last night I made muffins for a friend.
Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip
I added one package of instant chocolate pudding to the mix. They turned out wonderfully. I am constantly trying to come up with new muffin variations. However, I prefer to call the ones from last night "Breakfast Brownies".

Any ideas?
